Recycle Your Phone
TING encourages proper recycling of all electronic devices. If you have an unwanted device, we appreciate your participation in any of the following recycling programs. Together, we can make the world a cleaner place! Most orders for in stock items ship out the same day if placed before 4PM Eastern Time. Shipping times vary depending on which shipping option you choose and where you are located.
Before recycling your phone, if it’s still working, go to the Settings menu, select Factory DataReset, and follow the prompts to erase your data. Delivery normally takes up to five days for our standard shipping option, which costs $8. We use FedEx Express Saver for most device orders and Fedex OneRate for most SIM card orders. FedEx Express delivers within three business days (Monday through Friday) and Fedex OneRate delivers with two business days (Monday through Saturday).

Wireless Alliance
TING and the Wireless Alliance have teamed up to provide a free option for recycling your device. Simply call 1-866-366-5791 to receive a free shipping label and a free container (if needed). Place your device in any envelope or box (or one requested), print out/affix the label and ship it back by placing it in the mail. Ting is a no contract carrier. If we don't work out for you for some reason, we'll be sad but we won't charge you any early termination fees (we also don't have any activation fees).
